泰國女明星開的高人氣連鎖餐廳Audrey Cafe Glamour，可以吃到精緻的創新泰菜，原本是單點的方式，最近剛好遇上吃到飽的活動，泰國朋友從網路上幫我們預訂的，真的非常熱門，果然食物精緻也很多樣化，我們三人1500泰銖左右總共吃了2600泰銖，非常划算啊！
Mook是我在日本實習認識的泰國醫師，可能因為興趣很相近，兩人一見如故，雖然只有相處短短的兩週卻可以腥葷不忌的聊任何話題。這次來曼谷，Mook不僅幫我們預約了差點吃不到誇張熱門的Audrey Cafe，還讓她破費請客、開車載我們，她的熱情好客讓我們超感動啊。
與她愉快的聊天過程中，我們屢屢大驚，跟你們分享這些有趣的泰國小知識：
1.泰國男女比是1:2~3，也就是說女生是男生的兩到三倍之多！女生沒交過男朋友的比比皆是，在任何一個聚會當中，單身的女生數量都一定會比死會的多（台灣宅男該衝嗎？）。
2.泰國跨性別比到底有多高呢？Mook說他們醫學院裡有80個女生、80個男生，而這80個男生中有一半是同性戀，許多人更是大方的打扮成女性的樣子，跨性別對他們來說非常正常也很普遍。
3.曼谷的房價一棟透天厝在曼谷市區只要500萬泰銖，跟台北的超不合理房價比起來太棒了吧。
4.泰國醫美應該可以想像是便宜的，每天都有無數台變性手術在診所中進行啊，讓你猜猜看打一次美白針多少錢呢？在台灣打一次大概在1000元左右，有聽過800元算是便宜的了，泰國打一次只要25泰銖啊！
這一天和Mook在Audrey Cafe有了很愉快的午餐，位在Central Embassy裡面，我們也順道到最美麗的書店Open House。我非常喜愛的餐點有好幾樣，炸蝦無敵軟嫩又大隻，招牌餐點的螃蟹舒芙蕾配上龍蝦醬，濃郁口感特殊，紅醬義大利麵加入了細緻的蝦卵，泰式傳統口味的炒飯又香又順口，還有有趣的泰式奶茶千層蛋糕，如果你們來到曼谷想吃創新的泰式料理，這間很推薦喔！
I met Mook, a beautiful Thai doctor, in the hospital in Japan. Mook and I spent two weeks in the dermatology department together. She is now working in a clinic (and I am still in internship. Oh I hate it that we have seven years of study in med school.) We became friends immediately after we met. There was so much fun chatting with her, exchanging travel information in Japan, comparing differences between Thailand and Taiwan.
When we told Mook that we were coming to Thailand, she was very helpful with all the tourist recommendations. Also, she booked this very popular fusion Thai restaurant, Audrey Cafe Glamour, for our lunch date. They originally served as a la carte, but we were lucky to catch up the recent promotion of all-you-can-eat buffet. We ended up ordering up to 2640Baht and only had to pay 1500 Baht!
I personally loved fried prawns, crab Souffle, Spaghetti arrabiata, Thai fried rice and Thai milk tea mille crepes. It was very interesting to eat those dishes with very different yet rich taste. Everything was served nicely and the environment was satisfactory. Fusion Thai food could be really safe for tourists. And the best of all, there were so many different choices that you would never be bored with the food. We enjoyed the meal very much!
